Earn Points By Inviting People to Freeople!

On this blog post, I reviewed all the ways Freeople members can earn points on the site. Jeremy asked if points were awarded to members for inviting people to the site, and initially, no, this was not available.

I'm happy to say we've now added the functionality to earn points for inviting people to Freeople! Members will earn 5 points for every invitee who successfully registers using the link sent in their email.

To get started, all you need to do is click the Invite link in the upper right corner of any page, or select "My Account > Invite Friends to Join Freeople" from the menus at the top.

PS: I recommend for everyone to add info at freeople dot com to their email address book, and for members to tell invitees to do the same. This will help to ensure our emails are recognized as valid and not placed in spam folders.
