Can I Receive Private Messages by Email?

I received an excellent question earlier today and wanted to share with everyone:

"Is there a way to tell Freeople.com to email me whenever I receive a private message? I have this feature on Facebook and it's extraordinarily helpful."

Absolutely yes! When you're signed in on Freeople, select "My Account > Edit My Account" from the top menus, then scroll down to the section called "Private message settings". Choose to receive email for unread private messages (a) never, (b) daily or (c) every message.

You can always change this again in the future by going back to the same page and making edits.
